Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator, located in Srinagar. The Tour Operator will be responsible for creating and managing tour packages, coordinating with local partners, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. Daily tasks include organizing itineraries, making travel arrangements, and addressing any issues that may arise during tours. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing tour packages and itineraries
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with travel technology and booking systems
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, especially Kashmir, Kerala, and Dubai
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
