Tour Manager/ Tour Leader

In your role as a Tour Manager/Trip Leader, you will be an integral part of our core team located at our office in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a tour leader for groups of 20-25 senior citizens on domestic and international tours, demonstrating dedication and strong interpersonal skills, particularly with individuals aged 50+ - Demonstrating willingness and physical fitness to travel to diverse destinations - Providing leadership and ensuring the well-being of travelers - Managing guests with varying professional backgrounds, personalities, and cultures - Organizing engaging activities and parties during tours - Adhering to the travel itinerary, making necessary changes only when essential - Addressing customer issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction - Handling unforeseen circumstances and devising alternative plans - Assisting and accompanying guests in optional meals, activities, and shopping - Tracking daily expenses, retaining receipts, and managing expenses within the allocated trip budget Qualifications for this role include: - Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in managing group tours to domestic and international destinations - Experience with European countries and possessing a Schengen Visa would be advantageous Join us at 50+ Voyagers Travel and Adventure Club Pvt Ltd to embark on an exciting journey of providing exceptional travel experiences for senior citizens.,
