Tour Manager/ Tour Leader

As India's first and fastest-growing travel start-up, specialized in organizing domestic and international group tours for senior citizens, we conduct packaged/fixed departure group tours across India and abroad. As a Tour Manager/Trip Leader at 50+ Voyagers, your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a tour leader/tour manager for a group of 20-25 senior citizens on domestic and international tours. You must be dedicated and hardworking, enjoy interacting with strangers of age 50+, and take responsibility for their well-being. - Willingness and physical fitness to travel to domestic and international destinations. - Providing leadership for our travelers and being responsible for their well-being. - Managing guests of diverse professional backgrounds, personalities, and cultures. - Engaging guests in fun activities/parties during the tour. - Maintaining the established travel itinerary as closely as possible, making changes only when necessary. - Dealing with customer issues and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Handling unforeseen events and making alternate plans. - Assisting and accompanying guests in optional meals/activities/shopping. - Maintaining daily expenditures, retaining receipts, and keeping expenses within the trip budget provided. Qualifications required for this role: - Preferably at least 1-3 years of experience in managing group tours to domestic and international destinations. - Experience in European countries and Schengen Visa is an added advantage.,
