Tour and Travel Operation

As a Tour and Travel Operations Executive (Male, Fresher) at our company located in Mohali, you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for managing travel itineraries, liaising with vendors, assisting customers, and ensuring the seamless execution of travel operations. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and organization of both domestic and international tour packages, collaborating with travel suppliers, hotels, and transport providers, addressing customer inquiries, managing itineraries and bookings, overseeing the smooth progression of tours, maintaining records and travel documentation, and providing support to senior team members in day-to-day operations. We welcome freshers who have a strong enthusiasm for travel and tourism, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and travel booking systems, can effectively work in a team while managing multiple tasks, and exhibit flexibility and a willingness to learn.
