Role Description

This full-time on-site Tour and Event Operations role is based in West Delhi. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing customized tours, corporate events, and travel solutions tailored to client needs. The successful candidate will oversee event logistics, communicate with clients and vendors, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to sales strategies. Additionally, they will assist in marketing efforts to promote events and travel packages.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing to organize and promote successful events.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales to identify and convert opportunities into successful engagements.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with event management software or office tools is a bonus.
• Flexibility to work on-site and handle dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in the travel or event management industry is preferred.
