About the Role We are looking for a Travel Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our travel operations (majorly South-East Asia). This role involves itinerary planning, vendor coordination, visa processing , customer service management, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel experiences. Key Responsibilities Trip Planning & Execution: Create and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring a flawless experience. Visa Assistance: Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring smooth and timely approvals. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and excursion operators. Customer Service & CRM: Handle pre- and post-trip communication, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Data & Reporting: Use Excel for reporting, data management, and itinerary tracking. Design & Presentation: Use Canva to create travel documents, itineraries, and presentations. What We're Looking For Experience in travel operations, including trip planning and execution. Job Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements. Itinerary Design: Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This is a client-facing, on-field role that involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and actively acquiring new business opportunities.
