Topic Advisory Manager - Sustainability

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Topic Advisory Manager in Sustainability at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will be providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic advisory services and develop data-driven recommendations - Conduct market research to enhance business performance - Deep expertise in at least one or more of the following areas: - Sustainability Strategy development, ESG regulations/regulatory reporting, ESG governance & operating model design - ESG risk assessment/measurement, ESG data management, and understanding of underlying platform technologies - Supply Chain Scope 3 decarbonization, Sustainable Procurement practices, Circular Business Models - Support go-to-market campaigns and sales support within the global Sustainability Services network - Prepare and elevate materials like Proposals, Analysis, Research, etc. - Help shape solutions for clients and develop go-to-market assets - Conduct reviews with client teams to identify areas of improvement - Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction, and feedback sessions **Qualifications Required:** - 12-14 years of experience in the required domain - Masters Degree - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **About Our Company | Accenture:** Accenture offers you the opportunity to work on innovative projects, experience career growth, and gain leadership exposure within the organization.,
