Role Overview: As the Topic Advisory Manager at Accenture, Corporate Strategy & Growth, Level 7, based in Bengaluru, BDC10A, your role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives and managing business transformations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead teams and collaborate with senior executives to identify, build, and execute new and core growth strategies. - Provide high-touch sales support to Corporate Strategy & Growth teams by supporting annual planning, identifying target clients, and enhancing sales assets. - Define proposal response requirements, bring industry insights to opportunities, and assist in preparing and leading sales pitches. - Manage content and continuous improvement by developing go-to-market approaches and maintaining a global repository of sales assets. - Engage in continuous learning through training, research, client interactions, and feedback sessions. Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in the domain with 12-14 years of experience. - Bachelor's Degree is a minimum educational qualification requirement. - MBA from a tier 1 institute is preferred. - Experience in sales, business development, and go-to-market planning is preferred.
