Role Overview: As a Toolmaker at S.S Tools, your primary responsibility will be the design, development, and maintenance of precision engineering tools and dies. You will be located in Bengaluru and will play a crucial role in ensuring that the tools meet industry standards. Your daily tasks will include interpreting technical drawings, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and collaborating with engineering teams. Adherence to safety protocols will be paramount in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining precision tools and dies - Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately - Operating CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment proficiently - Performing quality checks to ensure the tools meet industry standards - Collaborating effectively with engineering teams - Adhering strictly to safety protocols and industry standards Qualifications Required: - Experience in tool and die making, precision engineering, and mechanical design - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints - Skilled in operating CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment - Strong attention to detail and quality control processes - Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills - Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards - Relevant technical education or certification in toolmaking or precision engineering - Previous experience in a TUV Certified, ISO 9001-2008 facility is a plus,
