Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for:
Designation: Tool Room Trainee
Location: Pune
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days)
Basic Understanding to Operate and maintain tool room machines such as milling, grinding, drilling, lathe.
Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of press tools, jigs, fixtures and dies.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of tools.
Maintain tooling records, inventory, and ensure proper storage of tools.
Support production in troubleshooting tool-related issues.
Work in compliance with safety standards and ISO/quality systems.
Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical (Tool Room specialization preferred).
23 years of tool room experience in manufacturing/automotive industry.
Basic Knowledge of tool room machines and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
Ability to read & understand engineering drawings (2D).
Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
