Department: Toolroom / Manufacturing Engineering

About the Role :

We are hiring a Fixture Maker to join our Toolroom team. The role involves developing and modifying fixtures, jigs, and tools for production. The candidate must be skilled in manual machining and capable of working with the design and manufacturing teams to deliver precise tooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manufacture and modify fixtures, jigs, gauges, and tooling.

Operate manual machines: milling, drilling, grinding, turning, etc.

Read engineering drawings and machine to required tolerances.

Collaborate with design & production teams to resolve tool/fixture issues.

Maintain and repair existing fixtures for smooth shop-floor operations.

Skills & Requirements :

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical (or equivalent).

38 years of fixture making / toolroom experience.

Strong knowledge of manual machining and measuring instruments.

Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and achieve precision tolerances.

Hands-on experience in tool steels, assembly, and fitting.

Good to Have :

Exposure to CNC machining, EDM / WEDM.

Experience in precision engineering / automotive / aerospace industry.
