Job Description

As a Tool Room Engineer at our company located in Moraiya, Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for the following: - Mold Maintenance including both Preventive and Breakdown maintenance. - Possessing basic knowledge of Machining of Molds. - Familiarity with design software such as Autocad, Catia, and SolidWorks. - Mold Flow analysis knowledge. - Understanding of hot runner molds. - Proficient in creating designs and drawings of Ejector pins, sleeves, Locating Ring, Sprue bush, Nozzles, etc. - Basic knowledge of Lathe, Milling, EDM, Laser welding, and polishing techniques. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma or graduation in relevant field (CIPET or Indo German certification is mandatory).
