Job Description

In this role of Tool Maker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining progressive stamping tools to support daily production requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring tools are well-maintained and production-ready - Organizing and staffing the Tooling Support Technician team for timely responses to tool issues and preventative maintenance activities - Training tooling technicians in safe operating practices and procedures - Scheduling tool room work for optimized resource utilization and equipment performance - Developing and implementing a tooling preventative maintenance program - Managing the tool room budget effectively - Implementing 5S practices for continuous improvement and a well-organized tool shop To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Tooling Department and hold a Diploma in Tool & Die/NTTF. The company offers benefits such as training, canteen facilities, and other welfare benefits. Additionally, you will receive food, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule includes morning and rotational shifts, with a yearly bonus provided. Note: The work location for this position is in person.,
