PG Diploma / Bachelors in Product Tool Design / Product Design
• 3 to 5 years of experience in New Product Development
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a results-oriented mind set.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
You will be responsible for:
• Lead and support the development of new eyewear frame designs, including conducting feasibility
studies and collaborating with design and production teams.
• Coordinate and oversee the creation of tooling for new products in line with specifications and
design requirements.
• Work with the production team to implement new processes and tools, ensuring smooth integration
of new products into the production line.
• Communicate and collaborate with external suppliers or vendors to ensure timely delivery of tooling
and materials.
• Ensure that new products meet Lenskart's quality standards and customer expectations, conducting
regular quality checks and testing on prototypes and initial production batches.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and cost-saving
opportunities in new product development.
