Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute customized travel itineraries for both domestic and international destinations. Manage client inquiries, provide destination recommendations, and ensure timely responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners. Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best value for clients. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and global travel trends. Oversee travel bookings, ticketing, accommodation arrangements, and transportation logistics. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Monitor and ensure adherence to company travel policies and standards. Train and guide the travel team to achieve operational excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of international destinations (Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.) and domestic tourist circuits (Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Kerala, Rajasthan, etc.). Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
