Job Description

Accounts:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
  • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure cost control.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle employee attendance records, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (both physical & digital).
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
