Job Description

Accounts

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including bookkeeping, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Support travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and other administrative logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
  • Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
