Position: TM - Maintenance

Experience: 3-5 years

Education:
B.E./B.Tech (electrical) with 3-5 years or diploma equivalent to BE experienceB.E./B.Tech (mechanical) with 3-5 years or diploma equivalent to BE experience

Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Description:

• Responsible for overall maintenance related activities for the shift
• Breakdown maintenance and ensuring availability of machines/equipments
• Responsible for Preventive/Predictive/Annual Maintenance as per the plan
• Experience an Electrical operation, Installation, Testing & Maintenance with all major equipments of electrical power system
• Working experience in Field Instrument and PID control system Commissioning, calibration and trouble shooting
• Hands on experience preferably in using Siemens PLC programming, DCS, HMI, Drives
• Root cause analysis, specializing in high-level problem solving, process efficiency and day-to-day maintenance in CNC machine
• Overall checking and inspection of switch yards, switch rooms, control room, control panels, battery chargers, transformer and other equipments
• Spare part management and utility equipments handling experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, electrical safety, work at height, ISO & OHSAS

Key skills:

• Breakdown maintenance, spare part, PLC, preventive maintenance, MTTR/ MTBF
• Collaborative approach, man management and communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
