TL Maintenance

The job is located at C-9, 10(10) Bhosari, MIDC, Pune and requires 2-5 years of experience. As part of the job profile, you will be responsible for preparing and updating daily readings of various parameters, leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians and operators, assigning daily tasks, providing guidance on maintenance techniques and safety procedures, performing preventive maintenance activities, attending to breakdowns, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining records, monitoring spare parts inventory, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a DME / BE (Electrical or Mechanical) qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry. Required skillset includes basic knowledge of maintenance, hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance, understanding of machine applications and spares, and knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
