Job Summary

The TL-Asset Mgmt Capital Markets role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in the financial sector. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel alongside domain skills in Trade Validation OTC Operational Risk Management and OTC Brokerage Fees Payables and Reporting. Operating in a hybrid work model the role focuses on optimizing capital market operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in executing key client deliverables and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee trade validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with all exceptions management.
  • Provide expertise in OTC operational risk management to mitigate potential financial risks and escalations
  • Manage OTC brokerage fees payables and reports to maintain accuracy integrity and transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Powerpoint to create compelling presentations that communicate complex financial data.
  • Employ MS Excel to analyze and interpret brokerage data for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all operational activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize returns.
  • Monitor broker trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Support the development of junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel for data analysis and presentation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of trade validation processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of OTC brokerage process functions and products.
  • Have experience managing OTC brokerage fees payables and reports.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with complete ownership
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Hold a track record of successfully managing targets and achieving business goals.
