Description
As a member of the Yokogawa team, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities and tasks to support customer order processing, customer relationship development, CRM data management, product/service information, customer issue resolution, customer needs clarification, operational compliance, personal capability building, renewals, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Record and process customer orders based on predefined protocols - Establish contact and build rapport with potential customers through calls or in-person interactions - Ensure accuracy of basic customer details in the CRM system and make notes of follow-up actions - Provide basic product/service information and respond to customer inquiries - Respond to and escalate basic customer issues such as returns - Interview customers using a standard sales script to clarify their requirements - Follow mandatory procedures for operational compliance and quality standards - Develop and maintain procedural or technical skills through training and coaching activities - Support in providing service to customers to encourage continued use of the organization's products/services In addition to your responsibilities, you will be expected to exhibit behavioral competencies such as customer focus, instilling trust, and being tech-savvy. Skills required for this role include a customer-focused approach, leveraging digital communications with customers, mastering service conversations, navigating customer challenges, strengthening customer connections, building customer loyalty, in-depth questioning, initiating compelling sales conversations, service into sales, building rapport, knowing the buying influences, managing buyer indifference, and understanding issues/motivations.
