Job Description

Role Overview: As a skilled professional, you will systematically develop and promote technology solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your role involves developing and promoting technical solutions to support business requirements within your area of expertise. You will ensure that IT requirements are met, service quality is maintained, and consider the cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting FAST goals, providing feedback to mentees, and conducting technical assessments for hiring candidates for Developer roles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and promote technical solutions that support business requirements within your area of expertise - Ensure IT requirements are met, service quality is maintained, and consider cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions - Set FAST goals, provide feedback to mentees, and conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates for Developer roles - Uphold standards and best practices by adhering to and implementing them in the team's work - Provide innovative contributions within the team by automating repetitive work, mentoring Developers, conducting peer reviews, and demanding high-quality standards for deliverables - Adhere to engineering process and standards, defined productivity standards, project schedules, mandatory trainings/certifications, and organizational policies and processes - Independently develop code, maintain best coding and engineering practices, configure and monitor configuration processes, create and review unit test cases scenarios, ensure 100% code coverage for unit testing, and sign off templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Create design LLD architecture for Applications Features Business Components and Data Models, proactively influence customer thought process, contribute to module level development, consume and contribute to project-related documents, share point libraries, and client universities, and create knowledge sharing assets - Assist others in resolving complex technical problems, manage all aspects of problem management activities, investigate root causes, recommend SMART solutions, and maintain software process improvement activities - Proactively identify solutions for technical issues, estimate project effort, evaluate test results, interface with other teams, designers, and parallel practices, set goals for self and team, provide feedback to team members, create impactful technical presentations, follow high levels of business etiquette, drive conference calls with customers, and build confidence with customers by meeting deliverables on time with a quality product Qualifications Required: - Deep level proficiency in specialist area, technology stacks, appropriate software programs/modules, programming languages, DBMS, operating systems, software platforms, SDLC, integrated development environment (IDE), Agile/Scrum/Kanban methods, knowledge of customer domain and sub-domain, knowledge of new technologies (e.g., Data science, AI/ML, IoT, big data, cloud platform), RDBMS, NOSQL - 8-12 years of experience in DOTNET CORE, Angular, React, Javascript, MongoDB, MySQL, Azure Cloud - Skills in .Net Core, Angular, Mongodb,
