Pre-requisite for the role Essential Qualification and Work Experience:  Minimum 24-36 months experience on Title Search, Commitment Typing, Closing and Settlement  Should have worked with Netronline application/Title Point/ Data trace/Data Tree  Candidate should be willing to work in night shift  Candidate should have knowledge about quality tools, RCA, POA, CAPA.  Good Team Player Soft Skills:  Candidate should have good oral & written communication skill Preferred Qualification: Candidate should be a graduate Preferred Technical Skills: 1. Candidate to possess typing speed of 35 WPM with 100% quality 2. Knowledge of Microsoft excel & word B.
