Job Title : Sr. Analyst (Title services/closing )

Qualification : Any Graduate or Above

Experience : 1+ Years

Must Have Skills :

• Title Search
• Current owner search
• US Mortgage
• Post closing
• Closing Disclosures
• scanning and auditing documents

Good to have skills:

• Full Search
• Title verification
• Title insurance
• Closing Package Review
• Post closing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform title searches for residential and commercial properties
• Examine public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax data
• Conduct ownership verification and chain of title analysis
• Identify legal issues such as encroachments or restrictions
• Generate detailed and accurate title search reports
• Coordinate with Title Examiners and internal teams as needed
• Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks
• Strong knowledge of US property/title terminology and practices
• Proficient in using title search platforms and county record systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Verify completeness and accuracy of signed closing documents
• Review scanned closing packages received from title companies or settlement agents.
• Prepare and validate final CDs for accuracy in fees, credits, and disbursement

Location : Bangalore

CTC Range : Upto 5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)

Notice period : Immediate-30 days

Shift Timing : US Shift

Mode of Interview : Walk-in (Face to Face) (Bangalore)

Mode of Work : Work from home
