As a Client Relationship Executive, your main goal is to maintain and manage strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for communicating regularly with clients, updating them about ongoing services, ensuring their satisfaction, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. Your role also includes retaining existing clients and acquiring more business from them. Key Responsibilities: - Procure existing clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth referrals. - Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices for services. - Conduct quality assurance on all produced documents, including research articles, review articles, books, etc. - Keep clients updated about the latest services offered. - Manage a team of representatives offering customer support. - Understand the customer's problems and troubleshoot them with optimal and effective solutions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any master's degree. - Experience: Fresher. - Knowledge of research thesis or journals. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Research and development skills.
