Title Budgeting & Costing Manager

As a Budgeting & Costing professional at our organization, you will be responsible for handling Budgeting, Costing & MIS activities. Your primary job role will include analyzing Bills of Materials (BOM), updating Integrated Bills of Materials (IBOM), preparing Model Profit and Loss statements, generating reports, conducting variance analysis, and contributing to long-term financial forecasting and planning. You will also be involved in analyzing overhead trends, identifying factors driving future projections, performing financial analysis for new model projects, and supporting SAP implementation activities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, along with 3-8 years of relevant experience. It is essential to have a strong skill set that includes big picture thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, technical knowledge related to materials and costing concepts, and the ability to analyze large datasets to derive decision-making insights. Familiarity with process automation, data analytics, visualizations, and advanced spreadsheet usage will be advantageous in performing your duties effectively.
