Title BI Developer Advisor

As a BI Developer Advisor at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in managing the leader communication strategy, overseeing internal communication messaging, and social media content of leaders. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the strategic and organizational growth goals of the organization. It is essential for you to have a deep understanding of the US Health Care business and prior experience in leading a team of 18 associates. Your responsibilities will include developing Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics, querying and displaying large data sets efficiently, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring the optimal performance of workbooks. Additionally, you will be expected to have expertise in Tableau administration/architecture, advanced Tableau development skills, proficiency in Excel, a sound grasp of SQL, relational database management, data modeling, and normalization. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. A minimum educational requirement of BE/B-TECH along with specialized training in UI Path/RPA is necessary, while a preferred educational background includes BE/B-Tech. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with 5 to 7 years of experience being preferred. Key skills and competencies for this role include proficiency in Testing/Coding/QA, excellent communication skills, project management expertise, the ability to multitask, collaborative skills, and a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
