Role Overview: You are responsible for driving the EV Passenger Vehicle (4W) business in the assigned region. Your role includes managing dealer performance, increasing market share, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating for EV ecosystem readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales volume and market share in the assigned territory - Monitor and support dealer performance & retail targets - Ensure end-to-end customer experience from pre-sales to sales delivery - Manage showroom & digital customer journey - Ensure timely order availability, billing & retail closures - Plan & execute activations, market coverage & enquiry generation - Lead hyperlocal digital initiatives and dealer marketing activities - Ensure dealership infrastructure readiness for EV business - Track customer feedback, NPS and drive corrective actions for service & post-sales support - Ensure process adherence across dealerships and manage spare parts availability & warranty coordination - Work with charging infrastructure teams to ensure regional readiness for the EV ecosystem Qualification Required: - Experience in New Car Sales / Passenger Vehicle (4W) is mandatory - Good understanding of dealer operations & automotive sales cycle - Strong communication, execution & stakeholder management skills - Passion for the Electric Vehicle industry Please note that this role is part of the Mahindra Electric SUV portfolio.
