Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Quality Incharge to support quality control processes at our Rabale manufacturing facility. The role includes monitoring raw materials, in-process checks, finished goods testing, and maintaining food safety and FSSAI compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP parameters on the shop floor. Support documentation and upkeep of quality records as per FSSAI/ISO standards. Ensure sampling, testing, and quality clearance of every batch produced. Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality-related concerns. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., moisture analyzer, pH meter, weighing balances). Ensure labels, batch coding, and pack integrity meet specifications. 1. Retailer and Distributor Onboarding: Identify & onboarding potential distributors and stockists Pitch Tip Top Foods product line and onboard distributors with proper documentation. Onboard kirana stores, general trade outlets, and provision stores to increase direct retail reach. Ensure availability of core SKUs across the area. 2. Distributor & Channel Management: Regularly visit distributors to ensure stock levels, timely reorders, and smooth delivery coordination. Track distributor performance and address logistical, credit, or payment issues. Monitor distributor ROI and suggest schemes to drive volume. 3. Sales Target Achievement: Work with the Core Team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets – both primary (distributor billing) and secondary (retail off-take) . Implement territory-wise beat plans and execute store-wise coverage. Drive sales push in underperforming zones using localized promotions. 4. Order Collection & Billing Coordination: Regularly collect orders from distributors as per beat plan. Track pending payments and credit limits with the help of distributor staff. Monitor near-expiry and returns, ensuring timely stock rotation. 5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Stay updated with competitor pricing, new launches, schemes, and retailer feedback. Submit weekly reports on market trends, issues, and opportunities. Share insights to help the product and marketing team in decision-making.
