Time Officer (HR Executive)

As a Time Officer (HR Executive) at our Refinery in Gandhidham, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring employee attendance records, managing biometric systems, processing leave applications, handling shift scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and labor laws. Your attention to detail and accuracy in data handling will be crucial in this role. You will need to have a minimum of 13 years of experience in HR/Time Office role and hold a graduate degree in HR/Management or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel and attendance management software is required, along with good communication and coordination skills. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily in/out reporting, maintaining leave records, and handling overtime records. Additionally, you will be assisting in HR documentation and other related activities. The salary for this position is 24,000 per month, and you will be working 8 hours a day with transport facilities provided.
