Location: Limbadia (Travelling to Naroda, Zak & Limbadia Plants)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Time & Attendance Executive to manage attendance records and support HR operations across multiple plant locations. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to travel between company plants as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily attendance and leave records of all employees.
• Coordinate with plant HR/Admin teams to ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Prepare attendance summaries and submit reports to HR.
• Manage biometric systems and resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Visit Naroda, Zak, and Limbadia plants regularly as per schedule.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in attendance or HR operations.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, HRMS preferred).
• Two-wheeler with valid license for plant visits.

Should be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
