Job Description: Finance & Banking Executive Experience: 5-7 Years Job Responsibilities: Financial Documentation & Banking: Manage financial documentation for imports and exports. Ensure accurate recording and tracking of import-export payments and applicable duties. Handle daily banking operations, including payment processing, receipts, reconciliations, and foreign remittances. Manage all bank communications related to financial queries and clarifications. Monitor cash flow positions, assess fund availability, and manage working capital requirements. Audit & Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually. Provide comprehensive support during internal and statutory audits by supplying necessary data and documentation. Job Description: Taxation and Inventory Management Executive Experience: 3-5 years Roles & Responsibilities: GST Compliance: Assist in timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C). Ensure accurate reconciliation of GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B. Respond and assist in addressing notices and queries from GST authorities. TDS Compliance: Accurate deduction, timely payment, and filing of TDS returns. Other Compliance Related: Support monthly and annual tax computations. Keep updated with amendments in tax laws and implement required compliance changes. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for fulfilling audit requirements. Reporting & Sales data Management: Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports for management. Ensure accuracy in reconciliation and documentation of tax-related data. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports related to tax and inventory management. Reconcile, format, and upload sales data in Odoo. Prepare E-invoices for sales transactions and inter-state stock transfers. Inventory Management & Reconciliation: Perform branch-wise inventory reconciliation by comparing physical Amazon reports with booked transactions. Conduct company-level inventory reconciliation between physical stock (Amazon reports) and booked transactions. Upload and manage various inventory transaction data accurately in ODOO. Compare inventory data sent to Tiger Pug warehouse with actual inventory received. Perform SKU-wise and company-level inventory reconciliation and prepare working summaries and inventory valuations. Skills Required: Proficiency in GST and TDS compliance. Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation and MIS reporting. Familiarity with accounting software (especially ODOO), Excel, and Amazon seller reports. Knowledge of inventory management processes and reconciliations. Effective communication and coordination abilities. Updated knowledge of current taxation laws and amendments. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or Finance.
