TIG Welding And ARC Welding Fabricator

We are currently hiring an experienced and reliable TIG & ARC Welder to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and ARC (Shielded Metal Arc) welding techniques to meet project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Perform TIG and ARC welding on a variety of materials including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. Interpret and follow engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and welding symbols. Set up and operate welding equipment and tools according to job specifications. Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and conformance to specifications. Grind and clean welds as required for a high-quality finish. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. Work independently or as part of a fabrication team to meet project deadlines. Requirements:Proven experience as a TIG and ARC welder. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical schematics. Skilled in handling various metals and welding processes. Strong attention to detail and high standards for workmanship. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE usage. Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments (e.g., workshop, site-based). Welding certification(s) preferred but not mandatory.
