You will be joining a well-established agency founded in 1998 that serves the travel needs of corporate clients and regular customers in North India. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist based in Chandigarh, India, you will take on a full-time on-site role. Your primary responsibilities will include managing ticket sales, processing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries related to travel. Additionally, you will be involved in handling visa applications, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients. Effective communication with both clients and team members will be crucial in excelling in this role. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations, possess strong communication and customer service skills, be proficient in sales techniques, demonstrate attention to detail and organizational capabilities, and be able to collaborate effectively within an on-site team environment. While experience in the travel industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field would be beneficial for this role.,
