*Role Overview*

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage flight bookings, issue tickets, and assist customers with all reservation-related queries. You will ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for our clients by providing accurate information and professional support.

*Key Responsibilities*

Assist customers with flight bookings, including providing information on airlines, schedules, and fares.

Process reservations and issue electronic/paper tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, rebooking, and refund calculations.

Provide prompt and effective customer service to resolve queries related to reservations and travel itineraries.

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure accurate and updated information for customers.

Stay informed on industry trends, airline policies, and fare rules.

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all ticketing and reservation tasks.

*Qualifications*

Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or the travel industry is preferred.

Hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Strong understanding of airline codes, fare rules, and travel regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation

High attention to detail and accuracy in reservation management.

Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and professionally.

*Skills Required*

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and analytical abilities

Attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude

Knowledge of airline codes, fares, and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,245.21 - ₹30,000.00 per month
