Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily travel operations, vendor coordination, Ticketing and booking confirmations. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of all travel arrangements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
• Manage vendor communications and confirmations.
• Handle documentation — vouchers, itineraries, invoices, and travel insurance.
• Support tour operations and resolve any service issues during travel.
• Maintain client and supplier databases and update travel records.
• Assist with costings, quotations, and MIS reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality.
• 1–4 years of experience in travel operations or backend coordination.
