Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing and Visa Officer located in Pune. The Ticketing and Visa Officer will handle ticket sales, manage reservations, and provide outstanding customer service. The role involves communicating with clients, assisting with visa applications, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The officer will also coordinate with airlines and other travel services to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
