Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing and Visa Executive, located in Pune. The role involves assisting clients with ticket sales, processing visa applications, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, addressing client inquiries, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and handling client requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and visa processing
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
