Job Title: YouTube Thumbnail Artist
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in thumbnail designing, with at least 1 year working with a YouTube channel.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Artist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, a deep understanding of YouTube trends, and the ability to create eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube videos
• Collaborate closely with the content and video editing team to align thumbnails with video content
• Research and implement thumbnail trends and best practices for improvement
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual identity
• Deliver thumbnails within tight deadlines while maintaining quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically thumbnail creation
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with a YouTube channel
• Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design software
• Strong sense of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback positively and revise work quickly
• Strong portfolio of previous thumbnails

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics
• Knowledge of social media design trends
• Experience working in a fast-paced content creation environment
