Threat Intelligence Analyst I - Cyber Security (DLP and data security)

Role Overview: As a Data Security Governance professional at UST, you will be responsible for managing DLP solutions such as Symantec DLP, McAfee CASB, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). Your role will involve developing, managing, and maintaining DLP policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and analyzing evolving security threats. Additionally, you will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, lead technical teams, and contribute to a positive cybersecurity culture. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Symantec DLP, McAfee CASB, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) - Develop, manage, and maintain DLP policies and whitelist guidelines - Ensure compliance with global IT security regulations - Collaborate with audit teams, second lines of defence, and external regulators - Analyze and interpret evolving security threats - Effective communication with different teams and stakeholders - Drive engagements with global and regional stakeholders - Host and lead DLP governance meetings - Demonstrate customer-centric attitude in IT security - Make risk-aware business decisions with long-term impact - Manage global teams and foster collaboration - Familiarity with global security tools, controls, and audit management frameworks - Exposure to quantification of cyber risk and internal audits - Understanding of financial services threat landscape Qualifications Required: - Formal education in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies - Familiarity with CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, ISO 27001 LA, or equivalent certifications - Domain expertise in financial services threat landscape About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
