Description The Therapy Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of therapy services in India. This role involves developing strategies to enhance service delivery, managing client relationships, and leading the therapy team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to enhance therapy services. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and therapists to optimize service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the therapy department. Oversee marketing initiatives to promote therapy services. Lead and mentor the therapy team to achieve business goals. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1-6 years of experience in a business management role, preferably in the healthcare or therapy sector. Strong understanding of therapy services and healthcare regulations in India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in financial management and budgeting. Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively. Leadership skills with a track record of managing teams successfully. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business management software.
