Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through online research, social media, and B2B platforms. Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales. Build and maintain relationships with clients, artisans, and resellers. Pitch The Crafters' value proposition to prospective B2B/B2C customers. Manage and track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and resolve customer issues. Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
