As the Sales Executive for Automotive Re-Finish Paints based in Delhi, you will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and managing Auto Re-finish Body shops. Your primary reporting will be to the Area Sales Manager, with functional guidance provided by the Cluster Head. Your key responsibilities will include empaneling new Auto Re-finish Body shops, visiting 6-8 customers daily with proper planning and preparation, conducting product demonstrations, and communicating with customers regarding offers and quotations. It will be crucial for you to maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service while generating new leads and identifying sales prospects. Additionally, you will be expected to submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor product sales in dealer stores, explain schemes, offers, and credit notes to dealers, and achieve monthly sales targets. Any other assigned responsibilities will be communicated to you as standalone projects or regular work, subject to agreement between you and the competent authority. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers effectively.
