Job Description

You will be working at Gurugram, Haryana on a full-time basis as a mid-senior level Business Development & Client Relationship Manager at Sharp Advisors, a prominent consulting and investment banking firm with a specialization in Equity Fundraise, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Advisory, and Strategy Consulting across various industries. As a Business Development & Client Relationship Manager, your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the client base. You will leverage your consultative selling skills, effective communication abilities, and deep understanding of the investment banking and consulting industry to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and maximize value from key accounts. Your key responsibilities will include client acquisition through market research and networking, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, engaging in consultative selling, collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on industry trends, and negotiating contracts efficiently. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within investment banking, consulting, or financial services. You must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, possess a strong understanding of investment banking, M&A, financial advisory, and strategic consulting, and exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical, networking, and project management skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, or private equity advisory, an existing network of corporate clients and industry connections, exposure to working with C-level executives, familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
