As a TGT/PGT, your role involves
shaping young minds and fostering a love for the English language. Here are the keyresponsibilities and requirements:1. Assessing and Recording StudentProgress:○ Evaluate and track studentsdevelopment and progress◦ Maintain records of their performance.

3. Adapt Teaching to Student Needs: ◦ Tailor your teaching approach to meet individual educational needs. Motivate and facilitate learning based on each pupil's requirements. 4. Parent Communication ◦ Communicate with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) or as needed. Provide feedback on student progress. 5. Classroom Management: Prepare teaching materials and organize classroom lectures Monitor attendance and grades. ◦ Address classroom crises and resolve conflicts.
2. Active Teaching Involvement:◦ Engage proactively in teachingstudents.Correct and grade assignment workconducted both in class andelsewhere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
