TGT Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the CBSE curriculum for middle and secondary classes (Grades 6–10).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with academic goals.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and readiness of students for assessments and board-directed examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progress reports of students.
• Conduct notebook checking, homework monitoring, and class tests regularly.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Incorporate teaching aids, digital tools, and activity-based learning methods to improve understanding and learning outcomes.
• Identify academically weak students and provide remedial support.
• Actively involve students in classroom discussions, projects, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents through Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and progress updates.
• Assist in school functions, assemblies, competitions, cultural events, and examination duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership for continuous academic improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the middle/secondary level preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in using digital teaching aids and modern educational practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
