TGT Teacher

As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), you will be responsible for planning and teaching lessons to students in a specific subject. Your role will involve creating a positive learning environment and assisting students in developing their skills. You will need to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons effectively, assess and evaluate student progress, and maintain discipline in the classroom. Encouraging critical thinking among students and communicating with parents will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to take remedial and extra classes, prepare students for competitions, and participate in extracurricular activities. Organizing and supervising fieldwork, as well as overseeing the students" language laboratory, will be essential tasks. To qualify for this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree. Demonstrating subject expertise, proficiency in pedagogy, strong communication skills, and effective classroom management skills are crucial. A passion for teaching and mentoring students is also necessary. As a TGT, you must be adaptable to various learning environments, supportive of responsibilities, and willing to conduct classes both online and onsite. A patient and resilient personality, coupled with a desire for career excellence, will be beneficial. Demonstrating expressive and effective communication skills is important in this role. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will be expected to observe and understand students" behavior and psyche. Furthermore, reporting any suspicions of neglect or abuse is part of the additional duties associated with this position.,
