Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Social Studies Teacher to join our esteemed institution in Nanded, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Social Studies for middle and high school students, aligning with the curriculum and promoting critical thinking and a love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons (History, Civics, Geography, Economics) for classes 6 to 10.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school activities.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
• Organize field trips, debates, and other activities to enrich the learning experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on students’ academic and behavioral progress.
• Participate in training, workshops, and staff meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline + B.Ed (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command over English and regional language (Marathi/Hindi preferred).
• Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital tools.
• Passionate about teaching and child development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
