Rising India School (RIS), established by the Vidyarthi Seva Society, is an English medium co-educational institute providing quality, technology-based education from Pre-primary to higher grades at an affordable cost. The school focuses on holistic development through interactive activities, life skills training, personality development, and career guidance. With advanced facilities such as smart classes, a digital lab, a library for children, and CCTV surveillance, RIS ensures a safe and engaging environment for students. The school operates in Gayatripuram (Lucknow), Susuwahi (Varanasi), and Indraprasth Colony (Gorakhpur).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TGT Social Science Teacher based in Varanasi. The role involves creating lesson plans, delivering engaging classes to students, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and designing innovative ways to make Social Science concepts easier to understand. The teacher will collaborate with fellow educators, foster a positive learning environment, enable holistic student growth, and ensure adherence to the school's curriculum standards.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Social Science and proficiency in teaching courses within this subject area
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff
Effective research and analytical skills to structure lessons and address diverse student needs
Experience in education and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is required; a degree in Social Science is preferred
Ability to use technology and multimedia tools to enhance classroom learning
Prior teaching experience is an advantage
