The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons to students. You will be required to create teaching materials and ensure that you are well-informed about the subject curriculum content. Effective planning and assessment of curriculum and instruction for your assigned classes are essential aspects of this position. As a teacher, you must mentor students and maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. In addition to teaching duties, you will be expected to maintain a disciplined and productive classroom atmosphere. Supervision of students both inside the classroom and during breaks is part of your daily routine. Attendance at staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities is mandatory. Assessing and evaluating students" educational progress and abilities will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for attending parent-teacher meetings and addressing any queries or concerns raised by parents during these sessions. Furthermore, organizing, attending, and supervising school activities such as excursions, concerts, camps, and sporting events may also be required. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Master's degree and a B.Ed qualification. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE Schools is preferred. Proficiency in various teaching methods and a deep understanding of the subject you are applying for are crucial. Exceptional communication skills, patience, resilience, dedication to students, and education are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The preferred candidate should have a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person.
